Errors

If a request cannot generate audio, the API returns a JSON error with a status, message, and request ID.

HTTP status	Meaning	What to do
400	A request value is invalid or unsupported	Check the request values and try again
401	The API key is missing or invalid	Check the API key
403	The project cannot use Text to Speech	Check the project’s available features
402	Insufficient account balance	Add funds and try again
429	The request limit has been reached	Wait briefly and try again
500	The service could not generate audio	Try again; contact support if the problem continues

If streaming stops unexpectedly, include the request ID when contacting support.
